1. About these terms
These terms describe access to the Nivora Relay website and application (the “Service”). “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Service operator, whose legal identity must be added before publication. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and any applicable laws and third-party platform terms.
2. Account creation and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and meet the eligibility rules of any social platform you connect. Provide a valid email address, keep your sign-in details secure, and use an account and workspace you are authorised to manage. Email verification is required before protected workspace features are available. The operator must set and publish any additional age, territory, or business eligibility rules before launch.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful, permission-based creator communications. Do not use it to send unsolicited, deceptive, harassing, harmful, or unlawful content; infringe another person’s rights; misuse personal data; attempt to bypass platform limits; interfere with the Service; or access another person’s account or workspace without permission. You are responsible for the links and messages configured in your automations.
4. Connected social accounts and your responsibilities
You choose whether to connect an eligible Instagram account and authorise the permissions shown by Meta. You must have authority to connect that account and comply with Meta’s terms, policies, and permissions. Nivora Relay is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. You can disconnect a listed Instagram account from workspace settings; manage permissions and revoke access through Meta as well.
5. Automations and delivery limits
The current product supports comment-keyword automation at account scope, selected resource links, configured reply text, and delivery activity records. A matching comment may trigger an attempted private reply. Delivery can fail, be delayed, or become unavailable because of account settings, permissions, platform changes, rate limits, connectivity, or Service errors. We do not promise delivery, reach, engagement, or uninterrupted availability. Check delivery records and do not rely on the Service for time-critical communication.
6. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain rights you hold in the resource links, message text, and other material you submit. You grant the operator permission to process that material only as needed to provide and secure the Service. Nivora Relay branding, interface, and software are owned or licensed by the operator to the extent applicable. Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law permits.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through account settings. The current deletion flow anonymises the user record and revokes sign-in sessions, but retains workspace and delivery history; it may not remove connected Instagram credentials. Disconnect social accounts separately and contact the operator once a verified contact channel is published. The operator may suspend access for suspected abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material breach; detailed notice and appeal procedures need to be defined before launch.
8. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The Service is under active development and may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without a promise that it will meet every use case or that third-party platforms will remain compatible. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A lawyer should review the governing law, liability limits, warranties, indemnity, and dispute-resolution language before these terms are published.
9. Changes to the Service or terms
The operator may update the Service or these terms. Before launch, the operator must establish how material changes will be communicated, when updates take effect, and how users can stop using the Service if they do not agree.
10. Contact
No verified legal or support contact details are configured in the repository, and the contact form is not connected to a submission service. The operator must publish a working notice and grievance contact before relying on these terms.
